How do we protect your chats?

We automatically detect suspicious messages: If someone tries to arrange off-platform payments, send sketchy links, or use inappropriate language, the message might get blocked.

You can’t share contact info before booking: To keep everyone safe, the system blocks things like phone numbers, emails, or external links until a booking is confirmed and paid.

We stop potential scams: If the system spots anything shady, it blocks the message before it reaches the other person.


Why was your message blocked?

Some common reasons:

• You wrote something like “send me your WhatsApp” or “I’ll pay you directly.”

• You shared a link or an email address.

• The system flagged your message as potentially offensive or risky.

It’s not always intentional, but the system’s there to keep things running smoothly.


What if I need to share contact details to coordinate?

Once a booking is confirmed, you’ll be able to share your contact info with the other person — phone number, email, whatever you need to get things organized.
