Booking a space on SpacePal is quick and easy. Whether you need a studio for a photoshoot, a loft for an event, or a warehouse for filming, we connect you directly with hosts who have the perfect space for your needs.
Follow these steps to book your ideal space:
1. Start Your Search
Go to SpacePal and enter:
• What you’re planning (photoshoot, meeting, event, etc.).
• Where you need the space (city, neighborhood, or zip code).
Click Search to see available spaces.
2. Find the Perfect Space
Browse through the listings and use filters to narrow down your options based on:
• Type of space – Studio, loft, mansion, warehouse, and more.
• Budget – Set a price range that works for you.
• Capacity – Make sure the space fits your guest or crew size.
• Amenities & Features – Looking for a pool, rooftop, or natural light? Add filters to find the best match.
Click on a listing to view photos, details, and reviews.
3. Contact the Host
If you have questions before booking, click “Message Host” on the listing page and send a message about your plans. Include:
• Your preferred dates and times.
• What you’ll be using the space for.
• How many people will be attending.
The more details you share, the faster they can confirm availability.
4. Request to Book
Once you’re ready, click “Request to Book” or “Book Now”.
If the host requires approval, they’ll have up to 2 business days to accept your request.
5. Confirm & Pay
After the host approves your request, submit your payment to secure the space. Payments are processed securely through SpacePal.
When you send a booking request, a temporary hold will be placed on your card. If the request is declined or expires, the funds will be released back to you.
6. Final Details & Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive:
• The exact address of the space.
• Access details and host rules.
• A way to contact the host if needed.
