How to respond to a booking request

Congratulations! Someone wants to rent your space. You have 48 hours to respond to requests before they expire, so activate notifications to avoid missing any.

What to expect

  • Dates automatically blocked: To avoid conflicts, requested dates are automatically blocked in your calendar.

  • Review the request: Accept or decline within 24 hours to maintain a good response rate.

    • If you accept: The dates remain blocked, and the booking is confirmed.

    • If you decline due to unavailability: Update your calendar to avoid further requests for those dates.

Expired requests

Did the 48-hour window pass, but do you still want to accept the guest? No worries. Ask them to send a new request or, as an extra touch, send them a special offer.
