What do I do if the space looks nothing like the listing photos?

Hosts are required to keep accurate and up-to-date photographs of their spaces on Spacepal. We understand that arriving at a location and finding something different from what was shown can be frustrating and affect your entire shoot.

If this happens, follow these steps:

1. Document everything on the spot Take photos and/or videos of anything that doesn't match the listing: rooms, equipment, overall condition of the space. This evidence is essential for us to properly review your case.

2. Contact us right away Don't wait until the end of your booking. Reach out immediately through the chat widget in the corner of your screen. The sooner you let us know, the more we can do to help.

3. We'll take it from there Once we receive your claim with supporting evidence, we'll review it and follow up with the host. Depending on the situation, we may offer a partial refund or other alternatives.

Important: Claims without visual evidence are difficult to verify. We strongly recommend documenting any issues as soon as you notice them.
