What kind of spaces can I refer?

You can refer any space that can be rented by the hour for events, productions, meetings, or creative uses.

We love variety—there’s no “perfect” type of space. As long as it has personality, potential, and is in good condition, it might be a great fit for SpacePal.

Spaces that work well on SpacePal:

  • Homes, apartments, rooftops, lofts

  • Photo or video studios

  • Bars, cafés, restaurants, small venues

  • Meeting rooms or coworking spaces

  • Warehouses or industrial-style buildings

  • Art galleries or exhibition spaces

  • Backyards, terraces, gardens, patios

  • Boutique hotels or unique rooms

  • Creative, stylish, or Instagrammable spots

What makes a space a good fit?

We don’t require anything fancy—but we do look for:

  • Good lighting (natural or artificial)

  • Clean, tidy, and well-maintained

  • Visually appealing for guests or productions

  • Available by the hour or day

  • Easy to access (even better if it’s in a central area)

❌ What kind of spaces don’t get approved?

  • Spaces with poor or no photos

  • Places that are cluttered, under construction, or unsafe

  • Listings that don’t include basic information or clear pricing

  • Properties that aren’t available for short-term use

We review every space manually to make sure it meets our quality standards. If something’s missing, we’ll reach out to help improve the listing before rejecting it.

💡 Pro tip:

If you’re not sure whether a space qualifies, refer it anyway!

Our team will take a look and let you know if it fits. Sometimes what seems “too simple” is exactly what someone else is looking for.
