Most SpacePal hosts reply within 24 to 48 business hours, but if you’re not getting a response, here’s what you can do.
Before Your Booking Is Confirmed
Hosts have up to 48 business hours to accept or decline a booking request. If you haven’t heard back:
Send a follow-up message through the platform.
Try reaching out to other hosts—we recommend sending 3 to 5 inquiries to secure availability.
Consider alternative spaces that fit your needs.
If a host remains unresponsive and you need assistance, contact SpacePal Support, and we’ll step in to help.
After Your Booking Is Confirmed
If your booking is already confirmed but the host is not responding to your messages, let us know. SpacePal Support can contact the host on your behalf to ensure everything stays on track.
