Having Trouble Logging In? Reset or Change Your Password Easily

Having trouble logging in? Forgot your password? Here’s how to reset or change your password easily.


Reset Your Password

If you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset it:

1️⃣ Click Forgot Password on the login page.

2️⃣ Enter the email address linked to your account.

3️⃣ Click Send reset link.

4️⃣ Check your inbox for an email with the reset link and follow the instructions.


Didn’t Receive the Password Reset Link

If you’ve requested a reset link but didn’t receive it:

Check your spam folder in case the email was filtered.

✅ Make sure you entered the correct email address linked to your account.

✅ Try searching your inbox for previous SpacePal emails to confirm your registered email.

✅ If using Outlook or another email service with link previews, disable them, as they may cause the link to expire.

Change Your Password

If you remember your current password but want to change it:

1️⃣ Click Forgot Password on the login page.

2️⃣ Enter the email address linked to your account.

3️⃣ Click Send reset link.

4️⃣ Check your inbox for an email with the reset link.

4️⃣ Enter and confirm your new password.

5️⃣ Click Update Password.


Can’t log In because password is incorrect

If you’re getting a “wrong password” error, but you’re sure you’re using the right email, here’s what might be happening:

🚨 You signed up with Google or Apple. If you originally registered using one of these methods, you didn’t create a password, so trying to log in with just your email won’t work.

How to Fix It:

Log in the same way you signed up

• If you registered with Google or Apple, click “Continue with Google” instead of entering your email and password.

💡 Tip: If you’re unsure how you registered, try searching your email for previous SpacePal emails to confirm which login method you used.
