Renee showed me around the complex. She was super nice and super helpful. There's a lot of building happening now and there's a lot of plans for construction, ugrades. Since I work from home I was concerned about noise. Also it is a super large complex. And as we were walking I did see a good deal of poop. Renee said some of it was attributed to the geese in all fairness. But the views. Amazing! especially the apartments with the sunroom which I fell in love with. But I just have to be mindful

MR. TOM SAVES THE DAY! Tropical storm Debbie is upon us. Alerts and warnings all over the place, and the government of Horry County is shut down. The AC went out last night, and our one year old baby is struggling with teething and overheating. TOM TO THE RESCUE! He braves the storm, fixes multiple components (both outside and inside our apartment), and even upgrades the wall thermostat. All in lightning speed, mind you. We stayed here for 3 years and had a… “decent” experience, however I give it this rating because after one year of staying here, when we renewed the lease they told us we could have our carpet replaced for free. We waited 2 years and never got it, then when we moved out they used up our whole security deposit on small things (like blinds) and still tried to charge us $350 for the carpet we were told would be free 2 years prior. This is the most disturbing and disgusting apartment complex I've ever experienced. After running a janitorial company for years I can say that I'm the least bit messy. Our 1 year old was forced to live in two apartments that were riddled with cockroaches while they didnt answer emails, calls or pawned off the info to someone "more superior " because it's not their job. Because they didnt properly clean and move our stuff as promised from the first apartment, our electronics carried the roaches
